Terms & Conditions

Our returns policy last 14 days from time of purchase.  After this period, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchanged.

  • Please check items on receipt of delivery.  if there are any defects with the delivery, you must notify us within 24 hours.

  • All items must be returned in the same condition that it was received, in the original packaging and unused.

  • Items are to be returned to Hilary & Flo Ltd, 959 Ecclesall Road, Sheffield, S11 8TN. 

  • The buyer is responsible for any postage costs in regards to returning the item.



  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 

  • Please contact us prior to returning the items with a reason for their return.

  • Once the return is received an inspected, we will send an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of the refund.  You are repsonsible for packing the return appropriately.  Any items which arrive back broken due to insufficient packaging will not be refunded.

  • Please obtain proof of postage of your return.  We are not responsible for items lost of damaged in transit. 

  • If approved, the refund will be processed and credit applied to your original method of payment.


Items can be exchanged only if defective or damage. Please email info@hilaryandflo.co.uk with a photo of the damaged/faulty item.  We can then discuss a replacement or refund.
