PLEASE NOTE: Any orders placed 13th-29th August will be processed w/c 30th August 2021

 We aim to dispatch your items within 3 working days of your order. If an item is urgent, please let us know and we will do our best to get it to you.

We are experiencing delayed delivery times at the moment so please be patient when expecting your parcel. We will not be answering queries about the whereabouts of parcels if it has been less than a week since your order.

UK Delivery Standard Charge:  £4.95 for a small parcel, £10 for a medium and is sent on 48 hour service - either Parcelforce, Collect+ or Myhermes depending on the size and fragility of the parcel.

This delivery service is tracked to your door and if you are not in to take delivery of the package, the company should leave a  calling card.  The items will be taken to your local depot to be collected in person or you can contact the company directly to arrange re delivery of the item.  

Maximum size of parcel is 300cm combined and 6kg

​Large Parcel

UK are £30 with Parcelforce 48.  You will be informed after order whether your order needs to be sent via a large parcel or it will be stipulated on the item description. Additional costs may occur if a package is particularly large or heavy. You will be notified off additional costs prior to shipping and given the option of wanting to proceed with the order.

​Northern Ireland & Ireland, Remote Parts of Scotland, Channel Islands

£20 per parcel.  However, if you are only ordering a small item, please get in touch as it may be cheaper to send via Royal Mail or Hermes. This also applies for if you are having an item sent to a Parcel Motel. Larger items and heavier items may occur additional costs- you will be notified prior to shipping and given the option of whether you want to proceed with the order.

European Road Tariff

Prices quoted are for standard size parcels up to 30kg volumetric weight. We can send larger items - please contact us for costs.  The delivery times by road differ from country to country and are roughly between 3 - 8 days.

If your item is small and light, it may be cheaper to send by Royal Mail - please contact us if this is the case.

Shipping to outside the EU

Shipping costs will depend on the weight and size of the parcel and we cannot ship large items. 

Please contact us and we will find out shipping costs prior to you ordering your items.

PRE ORDERS

If your order contains pre order items then it will not be shipped until all items are in stock. Approx date for the items to be in stock will be given at point of order. If there is any delay past this date then we will let you know as soon as we can.
